**I am leaving this review after trying to call the dealership multiple times on Tuesday 4/11 without ever being able to reach anyone because no one answered the phones. I sent an email as well on Tuesday morning with no response. Then on Friday, 4/14 someone called from the dealership to ask me about the experience and after I told them all of the following I was told I'd receive a call from a manager and again I heard nothing! Honestly I'd like a refund on any "work" done because it was a complete waste of time to even come to this dealership and we will not be returning. To start with, we didn't even leave my car at the dealership but the day after the "service" I was getting multiple emails requesting an update on if we wanted services performed so we could get the vehicle back by 4pm. When in fact you guys did not even have the car. On the inspection report sent to me on Tuesday it says that the horn operation was checked and ok at that time. Which is incorrect and one of the reasons we brought the car to the dealership. And the paperwork that was given to us at the time of the "Service" stated that the horn is not operational. I also asked specifically about the clock spring but never received an answer on that. One of the other concerns is that the ABS light was on. Tuesdays email states that no problems were found. Yet the day that the car was at the dealership we were quoted $1560 to replace the "passenger seat pad" and was told that was why the ABS light was on. On the paperwork from Monday under multi point inspection there are no concerns listed. Tuesday's email says the air filter needs to be replaced immediately. Why wasn't that done or even mentioned at the time that the vehicle was at your dealership? We paid for the balance and rotation on the tires (which after driving it home the tire pressure light came on for the first time since we've owned the vehicle yet the inspection report stated that all tires arrived and left with 35 PSI) and the horn diagnosis for a total of $228. At this point I don't have any more answers than I did when the car arrived because I've received conflicting information regarding the inspection/concerns. After paying on Monday I'm still going to have to take the vehicle somewhere else to actually get answers on what needs fixed. More
