Kept the car for 24hrs. And did not diagnose nor they call. I was without a vehicle. I spent over 4000.00 dollars and the car is much worse than when I came in. The team has always been informative to what any of my issues or concerns have been. Stright forward. This last visit was for an oil change I had prescheduled. I was in and out with in 30-45 minutes. issues or concerns have been. Stright forward. This last visit was for an oil change I had prescheduled. I was in and out with in 30-45 minutes. More

I had to visit service 2 times. I took my car because the door locks were not working correctly and I also thought there might be an electrical problem. On the way there the first d I took my car because the door locks were not working correctly and I also thought there might be an electrical problem. On the way there the first day my low tire pressure light came on. When I checked in I told them of all the problems. I live in Pell City and the service was in Center Point so apparently I lived too far and the courtesy car was not allowed to take me home. They also had no loaner cars. I had them take me half way and got someone to come and get me. The second trip was the same only I had no one to come and meet me so I had to stay there. After they were finished the first time they said they couldn’t find an electrical problem nor a problem with the door locks. They also said they only had to reset the low tire button. After my husband got home he checked the tire pressure (cold tires) and the front left tire had only 20 psi. They are all supposed to have 30 psi (cold tires) so I can only assume the service people only reset the button without actually checking the tires. When I left service the first time, the door locks did not work while I was still in their parking lot so I went back and had one of the service employees ride with me to show him what was wrong instead of just telling them. So, since it was closing time and I had no one to come and get me I made a second appointment. When I went back the second time, again they were not allowed to take me home and there were no loaner cars. My appointment was at 9:00 (I was there on time) and after paying for the repairs I left around 1:00 or so. Luckily the locks seem to be working now. They changed out some part in the door locks. I paid almost $900 for one part and labor. I may be too old to know what the prices of parts and labor are now but $900 seems a bit steep to me. I’m sure I’m wrong but it seemed high to me. I previously had some repairs done at Royal Volkswagen in Hoover but I could not get anyone to answer the phone or call me back from Royal Volkswagen - and that is the reason I went to Serra Volkswagen. A few years ago I went to Serra for another repair and they were great that time. This time not so much. But since the repair was finally completed on the second trip there and since they actually answer the phone, that is why I recommend this business. Sorry for rambling on! Rant over!! More

I took my car in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and 20k miles multi'point inspection. Services were performed, I left and in about 4 miles , the tire pressure light came on. I returned to the deale and 20k miles multi'point inspection. Services were performed, I left and in about 4 miles , the tire pressure light came on. I returned to the dealership. Air was put in all 4 tires. The next morning, while driving, the high oil pressure light came on, I called and was told to bring my car back in. I did and was told the sensor is sensitive and it's probably only a cap full over. I was told oil was removed and replaced. I left and about 60 miles in, the light came on again. I was too far away to return and needless to say not happy. The following day, I called several times with no luck and left messages for both the advisor and service manager and still haven't received a call back. More
