I really appreciate how everyone was so helpful. Amanda Harrison especially. I was able to get my car back, and get on the road the next day. The only problem I had was when I called to check on my car around 4:30 pm. I was told that I could not be connected to the service department, I had to leave a message. I gave the person my name number and the year and type of car, which is a 21 Volkswagen Jetta. My information was sent to Nissan. Not good since the service department closed at 6pm. I appreciate them taking on an incomplete job, by another dealership. I just refused to go back to that establishment. So I was charged to get my tires balanced. I paid for the top line package on my vehicle and never thought. I would experience anything like lately. One dealership wanted to know why i didnt purchase deom them. So at this point regardless where I live at the moment. I'll be driving back to Georgia where I received the best service. But back to the service again I appreciate them, but I asked for the car to be checked for other things and I didn't rec anything paper work stating what was checked on the car. Mentioned the brakes the roters, and when driving the car it tend not to pull off, it hesitates. Just not happy with the service provided with VW in Alabama at all. More

I took my Volkswagen Taos to be serviced at Serra VW. Two days later, my car notifies me that they put too much oil in the tank. No communication, returned the car with multiple issue, and rude customer interaction. Would never call me back after I left voicemails and collected payment for a service that was not provided. I am currently disputing the payment since I called to have the outstanding issues fixed and no one will answer. This was the WORST customer experience I have ever had which is saying a lot since I’ve dealt with Royal Volkswagen. More

I completed a Survey Last night, but will resubmit this as asked. I brought my vehicle in to have the AC Serviced on 7/16/23...as it was NOT cooling properly and sometimes not at all and we were headed out as asked. I brought my vehicle in to have the AC Serviced on 7/16/23...as it was NOT cooling properly and sometimes not at all and we were headed out of town on Sunday 7/18 for a week. I waited for the Service department to check my AC...I was told it looked ok, but they would check a few other things. After a little while a gentleman came in and told me my AC was fixed ..it was a Software update...covered by my warranty and it was cooling great. I thanked them and left. It WAS cooling great ..it was freezing finally. Soon after I left I received a call from the service department asking me if I needed to have a part replaced ..I 🤔 ld the man on the phone I didn't think so..I was told it was a software update and it was good. I did tell him it was cooling. So, he said yeah, it's good. My AC worked well Friday and Saturday. When we headed out Sunday morning.. it was barely cooling and only cooled intermittently during our 7 hour drive. It has not cooled consistently at all and now we are having to schedule another repair at a Volkswagen dealership in St. Augustine during our vacation. This is what I was trying to avoid...So those visit was not great and I am very frustrated. More
The Staff is Very Friendly. The Service Department is Exceptionally Clean. They Are Quick To Greet you When You Arrive! I brought My Vehicle in to have the AC fixed as it is NOT Cooling Properly. I explained to the Service Manager My problem..and that we were headed out of State for a week. He voiced understanding. And took the vehicle in. I was told the Repair Was Complete..Covered under My Warranty and was fixed. When I got into my car ..it was FREEZING..I was excited as this had NOT been the case in a while. It worked beautifully for 1 1/2 days and Went back to cooling properly intermittently..and blowing Lukewarm air most of the time. Now we are out of town and stuck with NO AC..or Barely and AC. My husband is contemplating taking it a dealer here to see it can be fixed after all. But I am upset it wasn't fixed as I was assured it was!! It is Very Disappointing. More
