19 Jetta R-Line with sluggish start and ECP warning (car would not accelerate) on Tuesday afternoon. I called Serra VW Service late, but they told me to bring it in. I have had other (non-VW) vehicles in "the shop" for over 6 weeks. I think Joe Nance was thoroughly professional and pleasantly speedy with his service. More
