Unfriendly and unprofessional They didn’t do a very good job I my opinion. Whole different crew from when I went a year ago. The girl at the desk was nice but the macanics wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I made my appointment online and put down what trouble my car was having. I told them that my windshield wipers wasn’t shooting out water and that I told the same thing last year when I came but all they did was put fluid in the dispenser they didn’t check for a problem. I was halfway down the road when I checked my windshield wiper dispenser and nothing came out. So I turned around and went back and told them that it wasn’t working. The guy I told was sarcastic and acted like he didn’t care one way or the other. I was there from 9:30 til 1:30 at least ...they fixed the problem and said it was the motor...I don’t think I Will ever go back More

Wonderful service team I always drive the extra distance to use Serra vw. They are always kind and do a great job. Could have have had better service. I drop my car off at 8 Saturday morning. I didn’t get a call till 12 when my car was ready. My car has never been in the service department that long.
