I know Taylor's character and it is very rare to see him that upset. He saw me and was polite and he didn't know I saw him upset. I asked him what was wrong and He informed me that he purchased a vehicle and the dealership refused to fix it. I feel very uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If a sales man is treated that badly I can only imagine what they would do to me. I don't recommend Serra Volkswagen to anyone. More
