Hi Daniel, We know that car diagnosis and repairs can be frustrating. However, not all repairs can be diagnosed and repaired in the same day. I am not sure if you purchased your vehicle here with us, but we do try to offer service loaners to customers who purchased with us when they are available. It would seem like a dealership would have an endless supply of service loaners, but that is not the case unfortunately. You may want to check with your warranty or insurance carrier, as some policies have rental car provisions. Also, if you have AAA, their services usually offer rental car discounts and may possibly provide one for repairs. You would just need to check out all of your options. When you are ready, give us a call for an appt and we will do all that we can to diagnose your issue and repair the vehicle.

It is difficult to know how to respond with such little information on the customer or vehicle, however we believe this is a gentleman with airbag sensor issues. If so, we completed his airbag recall and the airbag light went off. The technician drove the vehicle to ensure that the light didn't come back on. The customer brought the vehicle back again for the same issue, the airbag light. We again addressed the issue and cleared the codes. The technician test drove the vehicle a second time approx 12-15 miles and the airbag light did not come back on. We heard nothing further from the customer until they were called for a survey, in which the customer said that he was still having issues. We asked him to bring his vehicle back so that we could diagnose the vehicle. As of this writing, we have not seen the customer return. We would like the opportunity to assist the customer with this issue.
