Never saw Amanda the service advisor whom I talked with over the phone. She called saying the car was ready. I requested and was expecting a new sealed battery. I looked at the new battery and it looke over the phone. She called saying the car was ready. I requested and was expecting a new sealed battery. I looked at the new battery and it looked like unsealed batteries. Amanda just went to lunch and Kyng Scott, another service advisor who checked me in that morning, showed me the original battery, a Nissan battery, which looked like the new one they had put in. He convinced me the Nissan battery was a sealed battery and expressed the warrant. I was pleased at his time to show me the original battery taken out. A good customer service person. Thanks! More
