It took multiple phone calls to get on the schedule for repairing 2 recalls. They are understaffed and a small repair shop. They got me in and out in 3 hours. I drove almost 70 miles to have my VW serviced. I was about 15 minutes early and they took me in almost immediately. Now that's what I call good service.
