My new CrossSport was towed on a Monday. For the next 8 days, I called multiple times a day. From the receptionist saying she cant transfer me; they were to busy, to “they’ll call you back”, For the next 8 days, I called multiple times a day. From the receptionist saying she cant transfer me; they were to busy, to “they’ll call you back”, to we are doing this right now, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist refused to send me to the service department or give me a manger. Amanda, my service rep never once returned my call, and any time I did have her on the phone, so lied about the status of my car and was terribly rude. Im so upset and disgusted by the experience that I will be either selling my vehicle and never returning to VW, or I’ll never do business with Serra VW again, and I’ll be telling everyone of my experience. More

Amanda Harrison was the best.
