I was sold a car that has several issues. The vehicle tire went flat withi n a week the oil light came on after 2 days along with the glow plug light. I returned for service with in one wee The vehicle tire went flat withi n a week the oil light came on after 2 days along with the glow plug light. I returned for service with in one week and had the battery changed out. Again the the oil light and glow plug light came back on. The service department ordered a new headlight due to the turn signal not working. There appears to be no safety check on vehicles before they are sold. I financed a vehicle for over 15k that is in terrible condition. The windshield has a chip that has began to Crack that I mentioned to the mechanic and no mention of having this corrected. Even tho the service department has ordered tires and a turn signal which I appreciate the service this car apparently had not gone through any kind of safety inspection before being sold. The sales person was great the car is very disappointing. More

They don't do an inspection on the car or if they did I wasn't told. My mats were dirty,and oil or dirt we on my arm rest. The only place I will take my VW for service. Staff are like Friends due to length of time I’ve been going there. Always can trust them to advise what needs serviced. My new CrossSport was towed on a Monday. For the next 8 days, I called multiple times a day. From the receptionist saying she cant transfer me; they were to busy, to “they’ll call you back”, For the next 8 days, I called multiple times a day. From the receptionist saying she cant transfer me; they were to busy, to “they’ll call you back”, to we are doing this right now, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist refused to send me to the service department or give me a manger. Amanda, my service rep never once returned my call, and any time I did have her on the phone, so lied about the status of my car and was terribly rude. Im so upset and disgusted by the experience that I will be either selling my vehicle and never returning to VW, or I’ll never do business with Serra VW again, and I’ll be telling everyone of my experience.
