My family and I have purchased 4 cars and this time I am disgusted with them. I got a call asking if I wanted to refinance my car to see if I could get a lower interest rate. Of course I said yes so I met w disgusted with them. I got a call asking if I wanted to refinance my car to see if I could get a lower interest rate. Of course I said yes so I met with Christian on Monday. Everything went great. They were able to get me a much lower interest rate. Now I hadn’t been to sleep since the day before so I was tired and not thinking good. So they refinanced my car at a much lower interest rate for 60mths my payment was a little higher then what I was paying but I assumed that was because I was doing a 60mth loan. So I signed the paper work not really looking it over good. When I got home I went in to cancel my autopsy on my other loan and decided to see what the payoff was on my car and it was 18000 and something so I looked on my new papers and the charged me over 20000 and charged me taxes and title fee. I already paid taxes on the car when I purchased it in the beginning so actually what they did was write it up like a new purchase so they could get a commission charged me all the fees they could and now I am paying almost as much for the car then I originally paid for it to begin with. I only had 52 payments left now I have 60 and the payment is more then it was originally. I’m not saving anymore money I’m losing money. They scammed me. Took advantage of me. Needless to say I will never send anyone else to them none of my family will ever do any business with them ever again. I’m sure that doesn’t matter to them. Like I said we have purchased 4 vehicles in total from them and have them all serviced there. That will not be happening anymore. I can’t believe what they have done to me. Does anyone know if there is anyway for me to get out of this refinancing? Need help More

Extremely disappointed in the lack of return phone calls to determine if part has arrived for warranty repair. I have called on at least 3 occasions and left messages and never had phone call returned. Fi to determine if part has arrived for warranty repair.
