Terrible management, GM Curtis LLoyd and service dept, waited over 4 days for my new vehicle to find out it had been sent to Chevy GMC to be fixed for a transmission issue which was not disclosed at time waited over 4 days for my new vehicle to find out it had been sent to Chevy GMC to be fixed for a transmission issue which was not disclosed at time of purchase. Curtis Lloyd never returned my calls or requests to be called back. He sends Zac WIlis to answer all questions. Only good thing about them is they provided rental for the days I was without a vehicle. They also took pictures of my trade in vehicle with my deceased son's name on the back, and posted them online, and when I asked to take them down and take the decals off, it took over 1 business day for that to happen. Take your money elsewhere, I backed out of the deal and took my trade in vehicle back. I went to Courtesy GMC in Trussville and got my NEW acadia the same day. More
