Exceptionally Terrible I took my family vehicle here for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While my wife was driving our children to preschool the next day, she pulle I took my family vehicle here for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While my wife was driving our children to preschool the next day, she pulled over to check what she thought was a flat tire. She discovered two missing lug nuts and a third that was not even finger tight. The technician at Serra failed to tighten the lug nuts. When we took the vehicle back to Serra, they were argumentative and resistant to replacing the wheel studs likely damaged through their negligence. I will be spending the $9 to buy the wheel studs that Serra refused to replace, and I will have them put on by a competent service center. More

Ease of sale I located the Golf on Serra's website so I began an online chat. I don't recall her name but she arranged for me to come to Serra VW the next. When I arrived I was met by Timothy, the internet manager. From there I was introduced to Xavier, my salesman. We took the car for a test drive and I was sold. After the paperwork was completed signed I drove my 2014 Golf TDI home and loved every minute, still do. The personnel at Serra are professional, no pressure tactics, just let me make up my mind.
