A bit frustrating, but the service center folks rock! I am frustrated with my car. It is brand new and yet, it makes a creaking sound frequently while I am driving it. However, the folks at the service center, including Kari, are so kind and patient and wonderful and helpful and thorough that it will make these next 3 years of my lease bearable. More

Bad customer care I have called for three days needing to speak financing and have been on hold 15 mins or more... Repairs We recently purchased a Volkswagen from Sonic dealership. After 3 weeks into it there was a smell coming from the engine. Not really a big deal but I was surprised to find out I had to pay $30 for a new oil cap on a car that I owned for less than 3 weeks. More

Tune up My car was shaking and losing power. I went to Nissan and they did a diagnostic. They then told me that I needed a tune up and brakes. They completed My car was shaking and losing power.
