They never disappoint!!! I had service done back in October, but my dashboard lights started coming back on recently indicating something was wrong. Having set most of the deal prior m I went to Serra VW following a great deal on a new car. The sale personnel was very friendly and professional. Having set most of the deal prior my arrival, we did not had to waste too much time on typical "back-and-forth" salesman-manager on price. thou managers had hard time to stay behind their original words...but at end we happily got a respectful compromise. Took some star of the service as few things were left behind/missing form the car when prepared. It would not be a problem at all if they would advice me of the missing parts, instead to find it out after driving 150+ miles...just annoying. Other than that, All very good. More
