Horrible "Yo Yo" Sale SCAM Thought I purchased a car because I signed all the required paperwork and drove it home. The next day, receive a call from the de "Yo Yo" Sale SCAM Thought I purchased a car because I signed all the required paperwork and drove it home. The next day, receive a call from the dealership, informing me there is a problem with the financing and I have to return to the dealership. Upon return to the dealership, so call General Sales Manger- Venson Lavender states that you did not qualify for financing, but that they can still process the deal at a higher interest rate with a larger downpayment. I have never experienced out of all of my car buying years this type of insanity. I stayed at the dealership until after 9pm and signed a "scam" of a contract! Returned the next day, demanded my trade in vehicle, returned their vehicle. WALKED AWAY!!! Discussing with an attorney to inquire of any legal rights. More
