Serra volkswagon Service manager was friendly I was unhappy because I felt some price goughing ex I was told my n80 evap valve is bad and its a 415.00 charge, it take Service manager was friendly I was unhappy because I felt some price goughing ex I was told my n80 evap valve is bad and its a 415.00 charge, it takes maybe 10 min to replace and the part is 20.00 online its shops like this why I regret buying a volkswagon , plus you charge me 145.00 just ti evaluate the problem, then charge me for re-installing the headlight housing simply because I didnt push it all the way in, I wont be back to serra volkswagon thats fir sure they take advantage of customers More

Speedy It was so easy to book my appt. Online. When I showed up for my appt, the receptionist got my information and pointed me to where I could wait. She wa It was so easy to book my appt. Online.
