Frankie's level of professionalism and customer service skills made me feel very confident that my vehicle was going to be in great hands, and it was. He also offered me snacks, water, and soft drinks, which I greatly appreciated since the heat index was over 100 degrees that day. Overall this has been by far my best experience with Kia, I am very glad I decided to call Serra Trussvilee Kia, and I will continue to do so going forward. Thank you! More
