Frankie was THE best I pulled up with a punctured tire and was in desperate need of an oil change. I immediately saw on the door that the service department had closed 5 m I pulled up with a punctured tire and was in desperate need of an oil change. I immediately saw on the door that the service department had closed 5 minutes prior to me pulling in. Frankie greeted us with a smile, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond. I apologized and told him that if they could just get me a tire then I could get an oil change the next day. He told me that the service department would be happy to take care of it all and not to stress. He walked us to the waiting room and offered drinks and refreshments. We found out that I didn’t have the extended road hazard warranty but he assured me that he would see what he could do for us. It felt like no time we he walked back in with a smile and said he was finished. I paid way less than expected, mostly because I stressed so much not knowing what to expect lol Frankie was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I will definitely be coming to Serra Kia for all of my needs from now on just because of him. He really made my day after stressing my punctured tire. More

Great experience at Trussville Kia dealership! One of the top experiences I’ve ever had getting work done on my car! Frankie was very helpful starting with my initial phone call to the dealership. One of the top experiences I’ve ever had getting work done on my car! Frankie was very helpful starting with my initial phone call to the dealership. The appointment was quick and the waiting room has coffee AND snacks! This location is actually located farther away from my house than other Kia dealerships, but I would definitely drive to this one again over other dealers because the service was so great! More
