Great experience! After receiving poor service and extremely disappointing follow up phone call with the General mgr Andy Fisher of Gardendale Kia. I was quite skeptica After receiving poor service and extremely disappointing follow up phone call with the General mgr Andy Fisher of Gardendale Kia. I was quite skeptical of what to expect. I have a 2016 CPO K900 that was supposed to have been fixed after my car was kept from June 7th to July 9th. The car began to exhibit the same symptoms, (seat slid forward for cleaning wouldn't slide back) this is a major problem for me ( I am 6'7"). After the waste of time phone call to the apathetic GM of the Gardendale store who informed me "you are welcome to take your car to another dealership". This turned out to be the most helpful suggestion he had in fixing my problem. I made an appt with Bill Wood at the Trussville location. He was courteous and very much interested in helping to resolve the issue with my vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership having to tow my vehicle there. He greeted me warmly and showed me the waiting area. And informed me that if they couldn't fix it then they would get me a loaner. In just 15-20min the lead tech had determined the cause and got my seat to go back!!! I had them do the 30K service while I was there. Awaiting the actual part that's causing the issue. I get to drive my car in the meantime. Long Story Short Take the advice of Gardendale Kia GM Andy Fisher... Take your Car to Trussville Kia! P.S. My daughter is due for a New car in a Year or So. You can be sure our FIRST stop will be Trussville Kia! More
