Bad Customer Svc. Good luck in trying to get anyone on the phone to actually help (in the Svc. Dept.) without being sent to a voicemail. My first call was yesterday and I was sent to a voicemail twice. Just tried to call again, he got my phone number and then told me to hold. Then after holding for a couple of minutes I was sent to another voicemail (without warning). I called back and told the receptionist of my experience and told her I wanted to complain to someone and guess what.....I was sent to a voicemail. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I do not know who I spoke with both times I called. I only checked "Larry Paulin" because it made me select an employee. More

Another Great Experience! I went to Serra Toyota to get my 2015 Toyota Highlander serviced and while there, Michael Mahan showed me the new 2017 Highlander and I was hooked! H I went to Serra Toyota to get my 2015 Toyota Highlander serviced and while there, Michael Mahan showed me the new 2017 Highlander and I was hooked! He thoroughly explained the features of the new model and patiently answered my questions. The test drive sealed the deal and I went home with the model and color that I wanted. I must say that the Serra Toyota experience is one of a kind! From the service staff to the sales people, everyone is friendly and professional. Thank you again for a great experience. More
