I've been a loyal customer of Serra Toyota for many years. Unfortunately this was the first time that my waiting time was much too lengthy for a tire rotation and a recall. Over the past year's I've been highly satisfied with the professionalism and excellence services I've come to expect at Serra Toyota, until recently. When my time is gone i can't get it back.
