I live in Ragland and when I scheduled my appointment I told the person I had coupons for oil change and tire rotation. She said that was fine and set up the appointment. When I arrived I gave the tech my told the person I had coupons for oil change and tire rotation. She said that was fine and set up the appointment. When I arrived I gave the tech my coupons and he told me I could only use 1 coupon. I needed to schedule another appointment to use the 2nd coupon. I explained I live approximately 50 miles away could they just do both while I was there. I spoke with a manager and he refused to take both coupons. This is very inconvenient. I had my oil changed and he asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment for tire rotation. I said no. I'm not driving here again for a rotation. I rather have it done locally even it cost more. Then I asked the service tech how many miles can I drive with synthetic oil before next oil change. He said 10k miles but the sticker on the windshield says 5k. So, now I'm confused if I can drive 10k miles or only 5k. I've never had a good experience at Serra Toyota B'ham including the day I purchased my Rav4. That day was a nightmare! More

There were issues but I talked to Matt and he was very nice and was going to find out the problem. No place is perfect but when there is a problem to have a service manager like Matt that calls you back nice and was going to find out the problem.
