I ordered my Toyota Sequoia in December 2023 and got my vehicle in March 2024. That’s time they just give me 1 key. And I confused I take the car or not. So the Serra Toyota dealership’s sale manager, his vehicle in March 2024. That’s time they just give me 1 key. And I confused I take the car or not. So the Serra Toyota dealership’s sale manager, his name Eric called me and he said I could get the 2nd key early in May that’s why I decided to buy the car. I did wait till June and nobody call me for the key. I tried to call to the dealer but they said they can’t do anything. I call for The sales manager Eric but he didn’t pick up my phone call then I know he lies me. So if you buy a vehicle there make sure you can get 2 keys in one time or they make sure the time they get you 2nd key. Today September 18th I just get my 2nd key after more 4 months when Serra Toyota Traverse’s sale manager when he said. More
Same as most Toyota dealers. maufactured supply shortage allowing selling over MSRP. Plus dealership fees that are not explained as they are really pure profit. Buy new from build list.when that's done and price agreed then come into dealerships to finish paperwork. Love Toyota cars. All great until it gets here. Car was under warranty when I called for a service appt. , and there were warranty items to be taken care of. They said they would call me back, but I never heard from them. I paid for a used vehicle inspection in June and received a report that indicated zero major issues (only the cabin air filter was noted as needing attention). Seven months later, the vehicle needs a comple a report that indicated zero major issues (only the cabin air filter was noted as needing attention). Seven months later, the vehicle needs a complete frame replacement?!?!? How can a frame look so good it doesn't even get a yellow / "May require future attention" rating in June and in February it's completely shot??? More
