I purchased a 2019 Lexus back in July and was pleased with my salesman and the price was reasonable. But I drove off their lot with their word that they was going to see to me getting a Lexus key fob b with my salesman and the price was reasonable. But I drove off their lot with their word that they was going to see to me getting a Lexus key fob because the one they gave me works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. I have been sitting in places several time because it wouldn’t work. Now I have contacted Reginald Coleman and David Harrison The Manager several times until now and it is December and now they will not accept nor return my calls. This is unacceptable because I have bought several cars from them. I am very disappointed. I have a car that I just leave in my garage most times because of fear of being stranded. I am now speaking to Fox6 on your side for Help. More
