I was a new service department customer two years ago for a new 2023 4Runner Limited (purchased at a different dealership). This was the third consecutive service check at Serra since buying my 4Runner and a new 2023 4Runner Limited (purchased at a different dealership). This was the third consecutive service check at Serra since buying my 4Runner and all three service checkups were outstanding! Not only were the service department personnel extremely friendly and responsive, I was in and out within 30 minutes or less. I live nearly a hundred miles from Serra, but given there outstanding customer service the extra time and milage is worth it. More
