The manager arranged for the vehicle to go “back” to the detail building to be cleaned. I drove there because I didn’t want to wait longer than the four hours I was already there….and guess what? The day after purchasing the car the oil change light came on & we ended up having to PAY for a car detail. UNACCEPTABLE! I should have been compensated for the inconvenience honestly. More
