Serra Toyota

In June 2010 my husband had been to almost every Toyota dealership in middle Alabama before he went to Serra. He bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra at Serra because they gave him the best all-around deal and Bre dealership in middle Alabama before he went to Serra. He took me there to give the final OK on his choice and I also enjoyed working with Brett and Larry Lawson for the financing. We decided then Serra would be the first place to go when it came time to buy me a new car (I have driven Toyotas since 1972). I purchased a 2012 Scion XB on March 24, 2012 and, of course, I went to Brett to help me. Again, he was very thorough and interested in fulfilling my needs and wishes--as was Larry in arranging my financing. As a realtor I know how important your sales demeanor is to the customer. About a year ago my daughter bought a car from them. The service department said it was good to go. She even bought the service contract just in case because it was a used car. Well, less than a week late service department said it was good to go. She even bought the service contract just in case because it was a used car. Well, less than a week later the car was in the shop and spent most of the next 4 months in the shop with major repairs that as the contract stated would be covered. Well, they kept saying it wasn't covered and wouldn't pay for it. After thousands and thousands of dollars and just as many phone calls, they still have not made the situation right. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them !!!!!! More
