I originally went in with the idea to purchase a used vehicle, but ended up purchasing new with the note not much different than the 6 year old vehicle I was currently buying!!! I am so pleased with my new car. My Serra Toyota experience went very well, I purchased a 2012 Toyota 4Runner Limited. I am a visual person, something that I look for, is the customer area clean and it was; first impressions are very important; the restroom was very clean. This tells a lot about a dealership, when they maintain a clean restroom, it speaks volumns to me. I am a previous Serra Toyota customer; Serra is a professional dealership. After all of the paperwork was signed Brett went over every item on the vehicle to make sure that I would know how to work. He noticed that the front floor matt hooks were missing, so he made sure that they were put in place. The overall process was very positive and if the opportunity comes up I will refer Serra Toyota to a potential buyer. More

Brett was super-knowledgable about the car and wasn't pushy like car salesmen I've met at other dealers on past car purchases.
