My husband and had talked about another car. With gas prices getting higher we decided to look around when we brought our truck in for an oil change. While we waited we test drove a car. We were ready to replace our 1999 Sienna and wanted a sedan. We didn't want anything but a Toyota because no one else can match Toyota's quality. A family member had bought a car from Brett Hickman at Serra and said he was great to work with. We talked to Brett, and he found just what we were looking for at a great price. Brett was super-knowledgable about the car and wasn't pushy like car salesmen I've met at other dealers on past car purchases. Serra gave us a great trade-in price on our old van and we were out the door in no time with our new car. Next time we need another car, I'm calling Brett at Serra Toyota! More

I am a USAA member and planned to use the USAA car buying service. That service provides zagot reports estimating the costs (actual, dealer invoice, MSRP, regional average sales price, etc). Hoover Toyota service. That service provides zagot reports estimating the costs (actual, dealer invoice, MSRP, regional average sales price, etc). Hoover Toyota was the one local area dealership partnered with USAA to provide fair pricing. I went to Serra first, though, because it was closest to where I live, but I checked out Hoover Toyota too. I'm glad to say that Serra did a better job of meeting the fair pricing guidline from USAA than did USAA's partner, Hoover Toyota. Ronald and Phillip negotiated firmly, but fairly. They were very helpful and quickly responded to all my questions in person, by phone, and email. Larry deftly and politely processed my financing while making sure I understood all the documentation. All of these gentlemen remained after normal hours on one or more evenings in helping me select and purchase my Tacoma. The ensured all options and special requests made and agreed upon where honored. I am very, very pleased with my Serra Toyota truck so far and have high expectations for the future in terms of the vehicle Toyota prepared for me and the service and support I'll receive from my Serra dealership team. In June 2010 my husband had been to almost every Toyota dealership in middle Alabama before he went to Serra. He bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra at Serra because they gave him the best all-around deal and Bre dealership in middle Alabama before he went to Serra. He took me there to give the final OK on his choice and I also enjoyed working with Brett and Larry Lawson for the financing. We decided then Serra would be the first place to go when it came time to buy me a new car (I have driven Toyotas since 1972). I purchased a 2012 Scion XB on March 24, 2012 and, of course, I went to Brett to help me. Again, he was very thorough and interested in fulfilling my needs and wishes--as was Larry in arranging my financing. As a realtor I know how important your sales demeanor is to the customer. I came in today to inquire about refinancing my 2011 toyota camry and Shannon and Tess did everything I asked them to get me in a new 2012 camry at a lower interest rate and made me into a lifelong cust toyota camry and Shannon and Tess did everything I asked them to get me in a new 2012 camry at a lower interest rate and made me into a lifelong customer of Serra Toyota.
