Everything you could ask for This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Serra. Stanley was the man. Couldn't have gotten better customer service. The truck I was originally gonna get had sold but Stanley went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted. He handled everything over the phone all I had to do was go to the dealership and sign papers. He even came to my work and delivered the new truck so I could test drive it. Great customer service and a great experience. If you need a vehicle I strongly recommend Stanley and Serra Toyota. I have purchased two new vehicles from Serra, a Tacoma and 4Runner and both times I couldn't have been happier. Also David in the finance department was great answered all questions and explained in detail all the available options. There may be bigger dealerships in the area but I'll go to Serra. Friendly, professional and very proficient! My husband and I had spoken prior with Shawn Jenkins, before we met with him. He was full of enthusiasm on the phone! When we got to the dealership, My husband and I had spoken prior with Shawn Jenkins, before we met with him. He was full of enthusiasm on the phone! When we got to the dealership, he was outside awaiting our arrival with a big smile and warm welcome. We shook hands, went inside and begun paperwork, on a vehicle he had previously picked out. Of course, my husband had spoke with him and he, (Shawn) knew approximately what we were looking for. He had chosen two cars for us to look at. The paperwork was minimum and then he assisted us outside to look at the two cars, a Camry and a Corolla, both white. I chose the Camry to drive, fell in love with it and all it's many features! Shawn asked if I liked the car.......I immediately said, "I love it"! We went back inside and did the remainder of the paperwork and sealed the deal......??.
