The process was also assisted by other members of the Serra staff to make us feel welcome & also to explain all the best options of financing our purchase. Keith was very thorough explaining all the Camry's features & especially the Southeastern Toyota Lifetime Power/drive train warranty, suprizing to me Keith even answered my questions about Horsepower & MPGs but most importantly he explained all the safety features (because ultimately I want my family riding in a Safe Vehicle). The finance manager (Larry) that did our closing paper work even gave some helpful advice to my wife & I about personal options to positively effect our credit score. More
