I got in touch with Thomas about what they had in stock, and he recommended I come take a look soon because they were moving fast...I should have listened. The two vehicles I had been eyeing were sold the next weekend: total bummer. I went down the next week on a rainy evening to check out a few of the Highlanders they had in stock; none of them really suited me. Thomas still took me on a couple of test drives, and then we went in to talk about pricing. Before I knew it we had the exact car I wanted lined up to come in the next week at a great price. When these folks ask you what they can do to earn their business, they really mean it. Get in there and buy a new Toyota to take on your next 200,000 mile test drive! More
