He had the vehicle waiting up front for me to test drive immediately. He had all of the paperwork ready when I returned from test driving the car. My overall wait time from beginning to end was around 2 hours on a busy night. Overall, my expectations with VanDerrik and Mrs. Crowe (Finance Mgr.) were exceeded.
