Allen Burns I went to the dealership and left earlier that week becayse I walked the parking lot and salesman were walking around talking. I came back to compare I went to the dealership and left earlier that week becayse I walked the parking lot and salesman were walking around talking. I came back to compare and I was stopped by Allen. He had a smile the entire time and was very accommodating with my kids. He made the difference between buying there or going elsewhere. Great job Allen and I love my new Highlander. :) Also, the finance person, forgive me I think his name was David and AJ. They was awesome also. Such a great team. More

Crooks I'm mad 35,000 on scion xb in could have buyed 2 for that price. You all said I could not trade it in that's a lie. It's sad how you all run your busi I'm mad 35,000 on scion xb in could have buyed 2 for that price. You all said I could not trade it in that's a lie. It's sad how you all run your business. If the Scion xb be was discontinued why was it still on the lot you all you should a huge discount on the vehicle. The salesman that you all have you all need to get on them how they treat customers. I don't play about my feelings. Doli started all this mess I tired of demands I thought will you buy a vehicle I thought you pick what you want not what the dealer wants you to have. Scion is worth 14,000 and why 35,000 that's highway robbery. More

Great Job Serra Toyota and Jon Cohen This was our first experience buying for any of the Serra dealerships. Jon Cohen was our sales rep at Serra Toyota and did a great job.
