Couple of months ago I took my 2018 Camry to Serra Toyota for service that came with the car when you hit particular miles. This service was suppose to be tire rotation etc. well before I took my car my tire for service that came with the car when you hit particular miles. This service was suppose to be tire rotation etc. well before I took my car my tires were marked. After I got my car and got home I remembered they were marked and checked and my tires had not been rotated like the papers said and the promise before I purchased this car and the service I’d receive. I went back to dealer they looked at tape and said no your tire weren’t rotated the technician forgot which was just an excuse for lying to me and getting caught. Well to this day I have not been able to talk to the owner the manager etc no one has contacted me or made this right and I’ve called several times and left messages so I just want anyone to know what to expect when you go to Serra Toyota for service or to purchase a car. More
