As always, Mitch Kelly takes good care of my regular maintenance visits and of me. He gets me in and out within the timeframe he’s told me to expect, which is always reasonable. The experts in the servi maintenance visits and of me. He gets me in and out within the timeframe he’s told me to expect, which is always reasonable. The experts in the service department quickly found the cause of the one problem I was having. I’m thankful they found it now while it’s still under warranty. Meanwhile, I enjoyed a delicious complimentary light lunch consisting of a Subway sandwich, fruit and fresh coffee in the waiting area. I also took advantage of the free basic manicure that was available while waiting. Thumbs up to whoever thought of that idea, and to the sweet lady doing the manicures. Mitch is busy setting up a time for the minor warranty repair. I’m confident it will be another good experience. I’ve been trading with Serra for 22 years. This is my 3rd Sienna. I’ve referred numerous family members and friends to Serra and we’ve all had great experiences.
