After purchasing and washing car a couple times scratches ended up showing up all over vehicle. Their carfax report which may have been carfox showed car had not been in any accidents, later when we tried to trade car in, the actual carfax showed the car wrecked 3 months prior to us buying it. Bought the extended warranty and it was an incredible pain to get taken off and money back from them after trading car in. In 2019, I was looking for a new Tacoma and called these guys to ask for their price in comparison to some other places. Their price was way over 3 other quotes I had received and acted like there was no way someone else had a better price than them. Seemed like they basically accused me of lying or something. They were very condescending so I just stopped talking to them. Anyway, I ended up getting the same truck for a better price than they offered from one of the other dealers I was talking to. I dealt with the same guy the whole time and he was your basic car salesman just trying to make a sale. I would not recommend any of the Serra locations and especially not the salesman we used. In my opinion he is a real xxx and I am only writing this in hopes it saves someone from making a mistake and buying a car from this place. More

John Shackleford was my service person. He was inattentive. He said he would keep me informed about the “check engine” light issue, but he did not. Even though it turned out to be a non-issue, he inattentive. He said he would keep me informed about the “check engine” light issue, but he did not. Even though it turned out to be a non-issue, he did not let me know. I also had routine service performed. After waiting in the customer lounge for 2 hours, I had to go find him in order to learn that my car was finished! He acted surprised—almost like I caught him twiddling his thumbs at his station, but he then escorted me to the cashier. Definitely not the Serra service experience to which I‘be been accustomed for 15 years! More

In September 2019 I purchased a Lifetime Battery at your dealership. Had to call AAA to jump me off 5/14/20. Insisted I left something on to run battery down. Service men don’t know their products. Everything is off no windows no lights no charger nothing. I asked for a new battery b battery and was turned down. 1st. Brought car the check eng light came back on so they rechecked it. Couldn’t find anything so they simply turned. That off. Don’t call me a liar and. Next time it happens I’m to. Call Serra Toyota to come get me not AAA. Even the service lady tried to tell them.
