All things considered, I found my first- ever visit to a dealership service center a positive experience. I found intake process overwhelming. I wasn’t ready for the computer service. But once all the intake work was done, the wait was what I expected. When my car was finished and my bill paid, I was pointed in the direction of my car where my key had been left. I was on my own to figure out which one of the two white Rav 4s was mine. I learned a lot and I know what to expect next time. And I will hang my lanyard from the rear view mirror to make identifying my car easier. More

Still gave 5 stars considering my recent experience. After my routine maintenance of getting my oil changed. My change oil light came on due to the technicians not resetting my oil light. I live very far away from the dealership, therefore making a trip back is not an option. This incident is a inconvience and time consuming with my hectic schedule. I have been doing business with Serra Toyota for many years, and have had numerous cars serviced there. Never any issues, all the staff is always friendly and helpful. Never pushy doing my time I've purchased my vehicles there. Ive never scheduled on a Saturday. Maybe this was not a good day of the week to choose. Very crowded and a little unorganized!! More
