Very bad experience with sales in used Toyota on "Good Friday ".. Wife went to check out RAV4 she saw. Salesman very rude to her gave her unwritten quote higher than internet price and very condescending Friday ".. Wife went to check out RAV4 she saw. Management When buying a vehicle the sales people were great but if you say NO on a item they try to sell you they bring in management. Management when you tell them No they will NOT leave We did buy a Item to install on our new vehicle BUT they did NOT install it right . They did a VERY CHEAP job. I found they MISSED installing it . That is what happens when the sales people are doing there job and management PUSHES to hard. We will NOT EVER go back to them. More

Bought truck from used car department, they padded mileage in their favor by 2300 miles was told they dont have to keep accurate mileage records for vehicles over 10 years old. Ive spemt ovet 3000 dol mileage in their favor by 2300 miles was told they dont have to keep accurate mileage records for vehicles over 10 years old. Ive spemt ovet 3000 dollars to drive 1800 miles and now its down again. EGR delete was installed before purchase. Its illegal in all 50 states for dealerships to sell deleted emissions vehicles. Serra Toyota violated Federal consumer laws selling the truck. More
