Would not accept my extended warranty. I paid out of pocket for a mistaken diagnosis. Not refunded. Lost another afternoon sitting in the waiting room for a reassessment. Service still not performed due to an astronomical price quoted for a simple repair. Still not refunded for unnecessary service. Called once the problem I’d went in for was noticed to be unrepaired. Called 3 different days leaving messages with no answer or return call. Someone finally called back to schedule anew appointment to reassess the problem. The technicians are kind and patient. The waiting room is clean, comfortable, and has magazines, snacks, drinks, and a tv. More

2 weeks after I bought my certified pre-owned vehicle, my oil light came on. My car was completely out of oil. The manager I spoke with on Saturday never returned my phone call on Monday and Tuesday. Finally oil light came on. My car was completely out of oil. The manager I spoke with on Saturday never returned my phone call on Monday and Tuesday. Finally spoke to a different manager and took my car Wednesday afternoon to be serviced. I was not charged for the service and I was supposed to of been reimbursed for the oil I had to put in my car but have yet to receive the check, even though I gave one of the service managers the receipt for the oil. I am dissatisfied with Serra Nissan at this point. More
