I had to wait one day for a battery which I felt like should have been a same day service and when I picked up my vehicle there was som much grease on my steering wheel I had to pull over and use 4 large should have been a same day service and when I picked up my vehicle there was som much grease on my steering wheel I had to pull over and use 4 large wet wiped to clean ot off and they were black. Service personnel should clean surfaces with something clean before returning a vehicle. More

Took my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder in for oil change. Had 10:30 am appointment and arrived at 10: am . I received a notice via email that my folding key fob has a recall on it and it could be a safety issue if not repaired and to contact Nissan to schedule a repair. The person I spoke with was very nice and helpful and I scheduled the appointment however when I arrived on my appointment date and time I was informed by another nice and helpful person that they don’t have the parts needed to repair the key fob so it was a wasted trip that I had to take time off work for. I was informed that I will be contacted to schedule another appointment when the repair part arrives and I know this type of thing can happen but I did have to take time off work to make the scheduled appointment time and the needed part was not even in stock. I left my cell number and I am waiting for a call to tell me that the part is in so I can reschedule. I did not have any complaints about the Nissan employees I spoke with as mention they were polite and helpful but it would have been good to have confirmed the service department had the needed part before scheduling me for an appointment More
