I have used the service department at Serra Nissan exclusively for this car. I have had wonderful experience every time the car has needed servicing. Taking a car to a dealership to get servicing is usually not a task that people look forward to doing, but Kali (service writer) somehow makes it into an enjoyable experience. I have ask her many questions concerning this car and she usually can answer the question before I can describe the problem fully. From calling and making the appointment, to bringing the car in for servicing, words can not describe her knowledge and willingness to help the customer feel that they are appreciated as a customer. blew my socks off I rarely visit a dealership for service but was told by my local repair shop that I would have to go to a Nissan dealer for the repair needed on my ca I rarely visit a dealership for service but was told by my local repair shop that I would have to go to a Nissan dealer for the repair needed on my car. I was very nervous about how much the repair was going to cost me. When I arrived there I was greeted by a smiling young lady named Kali. She was very comforting. She escorted me to the waiting room and got my car right in. When she came and told me what was wrong with the car and that it was still covered under warranty I was shocked.
