Serra Nissan - Service Center

I had an issue with my Nissan Rogue and I brought it into Parkway Nissan where I purchased my vehicle. They couldn't find anything wrong, Matt in service gave me his home number and told me if it did it agai Parkway Nissan where I purchased my vehicle. My lug nuts was very loose after I left the dealership. I couldn’t had a terrible wreck! Plus my light is on my dashboard. Service was not good at all. I got there to get break pads replace on car at 6:45 that morning, they didn’t get through until 1:00. It shouldn’t took that long to fix on my car.
