Thank you. I have bought many many cars over the years and never has anything close to this happened at any other dealership. I did get a navigation when I purchased the car. I would appreciate a DVD, as it would make my granddaughter quite happy. Could you mail it to me or would I have to come get it?

Thank you. Please mail it to 4435 Englewood Road, Helena, AL 35080. The only thing that could make this better is for it not to happen to anyone else. I am certain it wouldn't have happened to my husband had he been the one buying the car. Maybe some new training in the right way to do business and customer service is necessary.

Thank you again for the DVD player. I'm sorry this review effects you, you were the only one who was decent. But, I'm not willing to change it because no one tried to make anything better until this review got posted. There were so many chances for none of this to have happened. And if the boss of that place wasn't concerned then I doubt he's too concerned about this now.

It was my offer to you to give you the free DVD, I have followed every comment down to this one today. We have been in business for 30 years and We plan to be in business for 30 more. The only way to do that is to take care of customers, and when we make a mistake, admit it, make it right, and try never to make that same mistake again. I sincerely apologize for the problems you had cancelling the Gap policy. I can assure you, every manager here was held personally responsible for the problems you encountered. The only way I hear of the problems is when a customer tell me directly, or when I get feedback on a site like dealerrater. These reviews are critical to us and I take them very seriously. my livelihood, and the livelihood of our 82 employees and my reputation mean more to me than any one car sale. We would rather NOT sell a car, then sell a car and have an unhappy customer. We sell alot of cars, more than anyone in Alabama, so we going to make mistakes, sure we are, but every complaint I take very seriously and try to resolve the best way we can. I understand and respect your right to leave a negative review on this site and would never ask you to change that or say something that is untrue. I just wanted to clarify that you mentioned you thought that no one cared. I want you to know that I have been involved in this complaint from the day I heard of it and attempted to do everything possible to make you happy. I am sorry we were unable to do so. I appreciate that and truly hope it doesn't happen again. Every time I asked to speak to you I was told you were on vacation or sent to a mailbox that was so full of messages I couldn't leave one. This went on for 2 1/2 months. This is more than just canceling a policy I didn't want. This is your people adding it on without concent to make their end of the month numbers look better and assuming or hoping I wouldn't figure it out. I understand that mistakes get made, I also understand that they can be undone. None of the people I spoke with were interested in undoing this mistake until they apparently got tired of hearing from me on a regular basis.
