I paid for a diagnostic unnessarily I paid for a diagnostic when only a battery testing was required to inform me my battery had a bad cell. They did not replace the battery at my reque I paid for a diagnostic when only a battery testing was required to inform me my battery had a bad cell. They did not replace the battery at my request., However, I did go back to where I originally bought the battery and it was replaced at no charge. I was out of 138.00 dollars because I made the bad decision to go to Serra when i should have went to Pep Boys!! I was treated better at Pep Boys than at the service center at Serra. (where I purchased my car) the second one in fact!! I will not be returning. and further more I was told at Serra that it was the wrong battery after research I was confirmed the battery was correct it just had a bad cell!!! More

Excellent Customer Service My sales associate was wonderful. This was our 5th VW purchase and 2nd time to deal with Serra. Angel was solid on making sure he understood first, my concerns and what I wanted and even through there was a risk of me not buying that day. He treated me like family and listened to what I had been through and why purchasing a VW was so important to me. He showed me options in both the Certified Used and new category because he wanted to be respectful of my budget. I would certainly recommend him and the support team in finance who helped him. Kindness was shown all around and I didn't feel pushed to do something I wasn't at peace with. More
