I inquired about the car online to immediately receive a phone cal Found two (2) cars on carfax.com that were being offered for sale at Serra Nissan. I inquired about the car online to immediately receive a phone call to set up an appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival, this particular girl, who we were supposed to meet with met us and told us a male was going to work with us. We inquired about the two cars and was immediately asked about how much we were going to spend on a car to which I responded that we would not discuss money until we had driven the car. The first car offered on carfax.com was supposed to be a older model gray car with black leather interior. We were ushered to the same model car but it was goldish with gold cloth interior. The car was horrible-- no handle to pull the drivers door closed from the inside. A light on the dash was blinking with a sound that the engine hood was up and upon stopping the salesman could not get out of the back seat. I had to get out of the car to open the door from the outside -- excuse -- the childproof lock was on -- but then the salesman could not get the door to close. The car had "AUCTION" written across a portion of the windshield. The second car we inquired about was supposedly out of service due to some kind of mechanical problem. Both of these cars were supposedly right at 100,000 miles however we could not see the odometer reading in the first one and never even saw the second car. We were ushered and driven in a car by the salesman to the "wholesale lot" across the street. Now I understand that these are older cars but the only one of these we got to drive had a glitch in the transmission. They used high pressure techniques to try to get me to buy the car today and even offered to deliver the car to my residence, but would not understand when I began having a panic attack that I was not going any further with the deal. I will NEVER, NEVER deal with this business again == nor should anyone else!!! More

No service I made an appoint to bring my car in at 8am for a problem I was having. I called back about 2pm since I had not received a call from them and was tol I made an appoint to bring my car in at 8am for a problem I was having. I called back about 2pm since I had not received a call from them and was told that no one had looked at my car and they would not be able to look at it until the next day. What was the purpose of making an appointment? Very disappointing service. Not sure if I’ll go back. More

Appointment to examine flaking paint not honored I bought a 2017 Altima brand new 6 months ago from them. Last week, while washing the car, a 1" section of paint just sprayed right off on the kick pa I bought a 2017 Altima brand new 6 months ago from them. Last week, while washing the car, a 1" section of paint just sprayed right off on the kick panel below the passenger door. I made an appointment to have it looked at, so I took the day off from work to go to this appointment. When I got there, I was told only the service manager could do the "adhesion test" and he was in a meeting. Bear in mind, I told them the reason for the appointment when I requested it. I waited for two and a half hours before giving up and going home. Ridiculous. More
