The Job Was Done But I Didn’t feel valued as a customer Overall, the experience was fine. Those I interacted with were professional and the primary goal of my visit was accomplished: my oil was changed. Her Overall, the experience was fine. Those I interacted with were professional and the primary goal of my visit was accomplished: my oil was changed. Here’s the issues I encountered while at the dealership 1. There was a perpetual theme of up-selling. - I was mailed a coupon for a $20 oil change. When I called to redeem the coupon and schedule my oil change, the scheduler wanted to appraise my vehicle. -When I brought my vehicle in, the associate in charge of engaging with customers tried to up sell me with an upgraded oil, which would in turn nullify my coupon. When I refused this, it became apparent that my family wasn’t a priority. This assumption was fully realized in the lack of follow-through. I saw on your wall to, “Ask about a free break inspection.” My rear brakes were squeaking, so I asked for an inspection. After an hour, you associate said that my car was ready. I asked her if they were able to check my brakes. She said that, “it’s difficult to see from the outside, but they look pretty good.” I get it. I wasn’t a very profitable for your crew on that day and your team was overwhelmed and busy; however, this lack of attention to detail does not build within me trust in your dealership. Quite frankly, it makes me feel like just another number that the team had to get through. 2. Your child area was disgusting. All that was in there were a few dirty chairs, a broken tv and a dirty iPad that was formatted to look like a vintage arcade. It made my family feel uncomfortable so I wiped down everything with baby wipes. I would recommend that you delegate the responsibility of that room to someone so that it is clean and welcoming. More

Serra Nissan's Finance Manag Guerillmo, my sales person, provided me courteous and mindful customer service on my needs to purchase a gas economy car. Serra Nissan's Finance Manager placed me in an affordable monthly payment plan. My only complaint that I have is the detailing that this used 2013 Hyundai Elantra received was poor. There was Dasani water bottle left in the glove compartment and the previous owner's CDs, lotions, Regions Bank receipts, and other personal items in the console. More
