My wife came home crying !! I sent my wife and 8 year old daughter into this dealership to buy a Car, I am a physician & manage Emergency rooms in 2 hospitals,. I work very har I sent my wife and 8 year old daughter into this dealership to buy a Car, I am a physician & manage Emergency rooms in 2 hospitals,. I work very hard and didnt have the time to do this myself. But I trusted the SERRA NAME, We have bought 2 Serra cars before from Serra stores. So I asked my wife to handle all the leg work. I gave her documents to help see if she could get a price. She went in and Mr Meadows was polite at first but as she presented her position on paper He became rude, insolent and frankly. didnt seem to care. He told her had been there since 9 am, and that she could leave multiple times. When she said she wanted to talk to his manager, Mr Meadows said " Please do", So we will talk to everyone we know about this experience. Nissan Consumer Affairs (Dan Mohnke), The Better Business Bureau, It seems to that Mr Meadows has a great of experience in the car sales process. My has very little. So he should have taken the time to help her understand why he was pricing the way he was. More
