Serra Nissan is very convenient and close to my house I try to use the service center as much as I can for oil changes and stuff. Kudos to Maxine I bought a car from Serra Nissan 5 years ago and I tried to use the online scheduler for a maintenance appointment. I had done so several times before I bought a car from Serra Nissan 5 years ago and I tried to use the online scheduler for a maintenance appointment. I had done so several times before but the new system wouldn't recognize my email address so it wouldn't let me schedule. The chat bot wasn't any help either. It told me that the maintenance dept. would call me to schedule an appointment but 3 days went by with no call. I wrote an email to the General Manager expressing my frustration and he directed Maxine to call me and help schedule a maintenance appointment. Maxine discovered that my email address wasn't recognized because a letter was missing. She fixed that and was able to schedule me on the same day, which was the only day I had available before a long trip. Thanks to Maxine I once again felt like a valued customer. I have always had good service at Serra Nissan except for my last experience trying to schedule maintenance online. This was because of the third-party on-line scheduler which required an email address to verify identity which I couldn't do because my email address was entered wrong. My suggestion to Serra Nissan is to get rid of this 3rd party service or require them to remove the need for identity verification to schedule maintenance (I cannot understand why that's even required for something as mundane as scheduling maintenance). Anyway, many thanks to Maxine for removing the hurdles and going out of her way to let me know that my business is appreciated. More
